TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

1. In-house training programs:

Our in-house training programs are generally a result of needs identified by ATAD or the client company. These training programs are customized after obtaining objectives & specific inputs from clients. Once the executive managers of an organization specify the need of an in-house training, ATAD will prepare a customized training program that will address the specific issues in that organization.

The executive managers have the freedom to choose the course(s) they want their human resources to attend. Please have a look at the 2007 Training Courses Catalogue to see the blend of courses on the offer.  

2. Open training programs 

Independent individuals or organizational nominees have the convenience of attending workshops of specific topics. Such workshops have the advantage of exchanging views and practical experience with participants from other organizations.

Afro Training and Development will issue a quarterly calendar of the courses to be conducted within a specific time. Please have a look at our Events Calendar to know when a course you are interested in is being offered.
